Part Time, 21 hours per week

Fixed Term Contract – 4 months minimum

Grade GL, Salary £17,381.59 per annum (FTE 28,969.31)

Location: London - Hybrid Working

The Royal College of General Practitioners is the UK’s largest membership organisation for GPs, representing more than 55,000 members committed to improving patient care and championing general practice.
 

We are seeking a Membership Awards Administrator to support our national awards and recognition programme. Working within the Membership Services and Engagement team, you will play a key role in delivering prestigious awards and recognition activity that helps Members feel valued and proud of their College.
 

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the main point of contact for national RCGP Awards queries
• Managing the Awards inbox and online nomination platform
• Supporting the verification and accuracy of awards applications and processes
   

About you:

• Strong administrative, communication and reporting skills
• Confidence to communicate clearly and professionally with members and stakeholders by phone and in writing
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team and with wider departments
• Experience working with CRM systems, data, application forms and standard operating procedures
• Customer focused, highly organised and comfortable working to tight deadlines
